AdvaCom has been conducting its business for over 30 years.
The extensive experience obtained during this period by our employees, supported by knowledge obtained during multiple specialist training courses and the energy and drive provided by new employees, graduates of the best technical universities, has enabled us to achieve a high position on the IT services market.
This was appreciated by many of our customers, who have been entrusted us with the development of their IT systems for many years.
Our implementations
We have provided below short descriptions of selected, interesting implementations from among many IT systems implemented by AdvaCom in the last years. The projects which are being currently implemented may not be published for security reasons.
Dalkia backup DataCenter
In 2009 AdvaCom has finished the performance of a large IT project related to the design, delivery, installation and implementation of a backup DataCenter for Dalkia Polska. The implementation included IBM severs, mass storage systems, networking devices, and software for virtualization, synchronization and creation of backup copies. Beyond DataCenter
AdvaCom has actively participated in the drawing up of a concept and design of the Beyond Data Center hosting center, located in the Shopping, Arts and Business Center “Old Brewery” in Poznań. We also provided structural cabling for this DataCenter. It is commonly considered to be one of the best protected, state of the art DataCenters in Poland. It hosts the servers of the Allegro, Nasza Klasa, Money.pl, Komputronik sites, as well as the servers of many other portals and companies.
The telecommunications IT structure of the Poznań International Fair
The United Nations Climate Change Conference — COP 14 took place in December 2008 in Poznań, within the area of the Poznań International Fair. Our company was one of the contractors for the IT structure for this conference. The quality, speed and professionalism of our company were appreciated by both the participants and the organizers of the conference — representatives of the United Nations, the Environment Ministry and the Poznań International Fair Board. We were glad to receive a congratulations letter handed over by the President of the Poznań International Fair.
CHBiS “Old Brewery” structural cabling
The Shopping, Arts and Business Center “Old Brewery” in Poznań is a distinctive facility in the center of Poznań, with multiple awards for its unique style and charm. It consists of three parts: Atrium, Art Courtyard and Passage. It has a total area of 130,000 sq. m. AdvaCom has designed and constructed the entirety of the structural cabling for the “Old Brewery” building complex.
